The hillock that houses the farm is made up of a flat land at the center of which this farmhouse is located.

The location is extremely comfortable and at the same time quiet, just 500 meters as the crow flies from the exit of the Aurelia di Cecina Centro highway and 5 km from the sea.

The structure is always for exclusive use with a price modulated according to the number of rooms and environments necessary to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

It can accommodate from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 24 people.

POOL

The swimming pool is certainly the most popular area on hot summer days.

It enjoys natural ventilation which makes this environment very pleasant even on the hottest days. A large sunbathing area furnished with deck chairs and umbrellas surrounds the entire swimming pool which measures 7 x 14 meters with a depth of 110 cm.
The entrance to the pool is with a comfortable masonry staircase equipped with a handrail.

The swimming pool is completely fenced.

GARDEN

The garden surrounds the whole structure and its swimming pool and houses a large BBQ with a wood oven freely available to guests. There are two pergolas with tables and chairs and a Ping Pong for moments of leisure.
